As an Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate with our sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project coordination, deliver an exceptional client experience, and foster positive reviews and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise records utilizing CRM software.
  • Assist with project management alongside the franchise owner to prepare and organize documentation for project files.
  • Monitor and schedule project timelines effectively.
  • Place and manage orders with suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and walk-ins, inputting, tracking, and maintaining client and prospect information in our CRM.
  • Inspect orders upon arrival for damage and accuracy, sign for deliveries, and support the Project Manager and other team members.
  • Order and prepare client gifts.
  • Assist project teams with job cost accounting, reporting, billing, and compliance with best practice processes.
  • Maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors, providing support during the onboarding process.
  • Offer assistance to the general manager as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or remodeling project coordination.
  • Proficient in computer and smartphone applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated and reliable.
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and eager to learn new software.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
