Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

·        Perform expense invoice entries associated with accounts payable.

·        Perform a three-way match between purchase order, receipt, and invoice.

·        Execute vendor account management duties, such as statement reconciliation and freight account reconciliation.

·        Execute vendor payments through check, ACH, and Wire transfers.

·        Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures across multiple companies.

·        Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.

·        Recordkeeping duties such as document filing and mailing.

·        Ensure that completed W-9’s are obtained for all non-employee compensation transactions.

·        Maintain an efficient filling system.

·        Handle all freight accounts for the company.

·        Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department.

·        Other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

·        2-4 years accounts payable and /or accounts receivable experience preferred.

·        Proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred

·        Associate Degree in Business Adm./ Finance/ Accounting preferred

·        Demonstrates attention to detail.

·        Must be dependable and reliable.

·        Strong organizational skills.

·        Must be able to meet deadlines.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently and within a team environment.

·        Must be able to exemplify resourcefulness and be able to multi-task.

·        Consistent, professional dress and manner.
