Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, and generate sales leads and prospects for clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, educate them about our services, and register new clients according to our business plan.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate client needs to our operations team, make direct sales calls and presentations, and educate prospects and clients about our services.
  • Account Management: Collect monies owed to us, hand deliver invoices, and follow up with clients to build relationships and create repeat business.
  • Field Sales: Visit clients' places of business, build relationships with field employees, and manage and transmit information to support the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Ability to maintain a regular and predictable attendance record.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
  • Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive a company vehicle and travel to client sites.
