VP of Sales and Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic VP of Sales to join our team at Talivity. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive outbound sales plan targeting HR Tech, SaaS, and Direct Employers. You will own and exceed new revenue targets, leveraging a structured, data-driven approach to growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in B2B SaaS/HR Tech sales, advanced proficiency with HubSpot for sales ops & marketing functions, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. They will also have a solid understanding of market trends and emerging technologies.
This is a leadership role with a competitive salary of $150,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package, including equity opportunities and flexible work arrangements.
