Sales Focus Business Development Representative

Sales Focus Inc., a pioneer in Sales Outsourcing, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a B2B sales professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $90,000 per year
About the RoleThis outside sales position involves targeting apartment complexes, condominiums, and businesses to promote our innovative solution, Amazon Key for Business. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with decision-makers, identify opportunities, and close agreements.
- Make high-volume sales calls daily to engage with potential clients
- Identify and network with decision-makers to manage the sales process
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
- Deliver persuasive presentations over the phone and in person to showcase the value proposition
- Organize your workday proactively and prioritize tasks effectively
- Track interactions and update CRM records regularly
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to close agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Maintain open communication with all levels of leadership
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B cold-call sales
- Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- A 4G/5G smartphone savvy individual
- A strong work ethic and desire for success
