As a VP Business Development at Reown, you'll play a critical role in shaping the adoption of Web3 technologies and expanding our footprint across wallets, apps, enterprises, and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a high-impact Sales and Partnerships strategy, which includes identifying and building enterprise-level relationships with key partners, driving adoption growth across target customer segments, and managing the sales cycle.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. You'll need to be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive results-oriented sales strategies. Additionally, you'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and growth areas in crypto and be an avid user of crypto apps.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Reown offers a competitive compensation package, including salary, equity, and possibly tokens, as well as unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, a learning and development budget, home office or work environment budget, and healthcare for those based in the United States.
