VP Business Development Leadership

We are seeking an experienced business development and sales executive to join our team at Reown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and partnerships efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building strong relationships with enterprise-level partners across the web3 ecosystem, including wallets, SDKs, dApps, and leading app developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships with decision-makers in the web3 space.
- Driving adoption growth across target customer segments through clear KPIs.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary ($140,000), equity, and possibly tokens. Additionally, we provide unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, learning and development budget yearly, home office or work environment budget, healthcare for those based in the United States, bi-annual company offsites, and opportunities to attend web3 events and conferences.
