Job Overview

Position: Service Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 – Negotiable

Role Summary:

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of after-sales and service support within the Construction Equipment sector. This role requires a strong background in management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage service operations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
  • Drive profitability in service labor sales while maintaining strict expense controls.
  • Foster a high-performing field service team through motivation, supervision, and training.
  • Build and sustain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint), experience with ERP/SAP systems, and CAD knowledge is advantageous.
Certifications: CDL certification is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
