  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
  • Performance Management: Plan, assign, and direct work of multiple teams; author and discuss performance appraisals with employees; address employee performance and corrective action plans.
  • Customer Management: Manage needs of internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certification/License: Valid state driver's license in good standing required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years applicable work experience in managing operations and/or process improvements.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to travel >80%; efficient team management skills; good knowledge of operations management; strong knowledge of process improvement; highly detail-oriented with a careful eye for quality control; presentation of Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot-tables, v-look-ups, and other advanced functions) a plus; self-motivated and driven to produce results within tight deadlines and with maximum quality within allowed time constraints; excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, including ability to speak in front of groups; excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; diplomacy and influence skills, conflict management skills.
Work Environment
  • Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Significant amount of local and/or multiple location traveling required.
  • Business casual dress is required.
Work Postures
  • Frequent, continuous periods of time standing, up to 6 hours per day.
  • Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day.
  • Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently.
Physical Demands
  • Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, including paperwork, calculators, computers, and phone usage.
Work Hours
  • Working beyond 'standard' hours as the need arises.
  • Travel up to 85%.
