SentriForce is seeking a detail-oriented Service Operations Manager to lead and oversee our service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating service schedules, and managing field technicians to meet high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling, product transfers, and inventory control through our CRM system to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage a team of field service technicians and a field service coordinator to deliver optimal service.
- Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continually improve the Service Department.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company compliance protocols.
- Analyze production metrics to drive efficiency and ensure long-term operational success.
- Forecast and manage preventive maintenance for company fleet vehicles.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- High level of organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
