Job Overview

Farmina is a leading pet nutrition company that combines nature and science to create innovative, all-natural food for dogs and cats. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail customers in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with distribution representatives to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Visit stores on a regular basis to provide merchandising support and training
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Submit timely and accurate expense reports, including mileage
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in the pet food industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule others
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
