Become a vital member of our esteemed national team of Practice Liaisons. The Practice Liaison serves as the representative of US Fertility to the network of referring providers, industry partners, and patients within a designated area. The primary objective of this role is to enhance new patient influx by nurturing existing provider relationships, forging new connections with referring providers, collaborating with industry partners, and amplifying overall brand visibility within the practice's territory. The liaison collaborates closely with US Fertility physicians to orchestrate and lead networking initiatives aimed at partnering with referring providers in the patient care process. Success in this role is measured through the achievement of specific, quantifiable goals related to patient referral numbers, field engagement, and performance metrics of targeted accounts.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Your Contributions:

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence alongside internal data to formulate a territory marketing strategy (revised biannually) aimed at achieving objectives and managing the regional budget.
  • Conduct annual regional competitive and pricing analyses, keeping abreast of ongoing shifts in the competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians to define account strategies, identify target accounts, and set referral objectives.
  • Regularly engage with OBGYNs and other referring providers through office visits, luncheons, open house events, and meetings. Customize messaging and strategies based on service differentiators, territory knowledge, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Organize and oversee educational initiatives (e.g., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and prospective patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and contact details for each provider account in Salesforce. Monitor daily referral volumes and adjust strategies and priorities based on performance outcomes.
  • Leverage industry partnerships to boost referrals, broaden outreach, and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver region-specific provider materials tailored to local needs.
  • Provide weekly activity updates, monthly territory and expense reports. Present referral performance and trends at quarterly director/physician meetings.
  • Enhance professional and technical expertise by participating in educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and building personal networks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Liberal Arts & Sciences.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or intangible service sales.
  • Experience in women's healthcare pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Must reside within the designated area of responsibility or within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Proficient in time and territory management, with familiarity in local markets and health systems.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI. Ability to utilize data to inform field priorities.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Proven success in influence and negotiation skills.
