Collaborating with channel partners is essential to amplify sales prospects in CDK's Strategic Products, aiming to increase our market share within both existing and new client segments. The position is aligned with achieving the annual sales objectives under the supervision of the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define specific, measurable performance targets to meet sales quotas:
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the current client base
    • Expand market share through strategic conquest sales
    • Drive substantial revenue and profit growth through a systematic and disciplined approach
  • Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy and project both short-term and long-term sales outcomes.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of CDK products and their operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the sales and implementation phases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the designated territory.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B outside sales; experience in non-transactional sales is essential.
  • Proven track record in increasing market share through strategic conquest sales and upselling.
  • Ability to identify and engage key prospects, influencing decision-makers effectively.
  • Demonstrated skill in cultivating and sustaining client relationships.
  • Experience in consultative solution selling to align client needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing sales opportunities.
  • Capability to manage complex sales processes while providing tailored customer support.
  • Expertise in developing and overseeing a large sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with a significant amount of overnight travel expected.
Compensation:
Salary of $85K plus uncapped commissions and benefits.
