Growth Enablement Leader for GTM Success

Sigma Computing is looking for a visionary Growth Enablement leader to elevate our sales motions to unmatched levels. As a key member of our team, you will foster deep relationships with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive sales plays and pipeline generation efforts.
This role involves building and leading a Pipeline Generation program, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to define and build new sales plays/motions, and measuring the impact of your programs through reporting on campaign and program performance.
You will also propose and lead strategic enablement sessions with core GTM stakeholders to address market needs and opportunities for new revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics providers, and sales enablement technologies
- Strong understanding of value frameworks and positioning
- Able to influence change and recommend improvements to executives and sales leadership stakeholders
The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 annually, which may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
