About the Role:
As a GTM Enablement Manager at EliseAI, you'll be responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing training initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams. This includes crafting onboarding programs, measuring their effectiveness, and optimizing team performance.

You'll work closely with Sales, CS, and Product leadership to identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. You'll also develop a metrics framework to measure program success and collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools like Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce are integrated effectively.

Your expertise will be essential in building and owning entire sales enablement programs from scratch, creating tests and certifications to ensure ongoing training and knowledge retention, and working with Marketing and Sales Ops to optimize case studies, product demos, and competitive intelligence.
