The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training content and onboarding programs for our global sales and customer success teams. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a centralized sales information hub, ensuring seamless access to go-to-market (GTM) sales and customer success materials.
- Create and manage tailored learning paths and training programs for sales and customer success teams, equipping them with the latest product knowledge, processes, and sales techniques.
- Curate high-quality sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, case studies, product collateral, and competitive intelligence materials in collaboration with Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Implement and manage sales enablement technologies to boost sales productivity and streamline resource access.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust onboarding program for new sales and customer success hires, fostering a smooth transition into their roles.
- Regularly analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and training programs, providing insightful reports on key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, continually refining our strategies and processes.
- Coordinate and manage sales enablement events with marketing and leadership as needed, including sales gatherings, conferences, and annual sales kick offs.
- Refine and iterate on our standardized sales certification program framework, optimizing its effectiveness.
- Develop a clear enablement roadmap to support global sales & success teams in achieving revenue, deal velocity, and sales efficiency targets.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program/project management
- Strong ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable insights for sales teams.
- Experience implementing sales methodologies and certification programs
- Excellent English-speaking skills and strong communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills including presentation skills.
- Experience working in a global start-up company environment.
- Knowledge of SaaS, B2B, and Enterprise sales models
- Proficiency with sales enablement software and standard business applications (CRM) such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Sales Intel etc.
