About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at TRG Screen, a leading provider of market data and subscription management technology.

This key role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing comprehensive training content and onboarding programs for our global sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in translating complex product information into clear, actionable insights for sales teams and implementing sales methodologies and certification programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all go-to-market (GTM) sales and customer success materials.
  • Create and manage learning paths and training programs for sales and customer success teams.
  • Produce high-quality sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, case studies, product collateral, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement technologies to streamline access to resources and improve sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program/project management.
  • Skilled in translating complex product information into clear, actionable insights for sales teams.
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies and certification programs.
  • Strong English-speaking skills and excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 USD.
