About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Enablement leader to spearhead our Sales trajectory and drive unparalleled sales performance. This critical role will play a pivotal part in constructing and optimizing internal supply lines for enabling Sigma's GTM teams to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in Sales Enablement, preferably in complex sales cycles for technical solutions with business and technical personas. They will be responsible for building scalable GTM sales play programs and assets to drive pipeline and ARR for our business.
