Customer Service Specialist

At Endeavor Exteriors, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to effectively manage a significant volume of both incoming and outgoing communications. The ideal candidate will quickly grasp scripts and adjust them as necessary when challenges arise during interactions. This role involves addressing a range of essential support tasks, offering answers, insights, guidance, and assistance for purchases. As the representative of our organization, the Customer Service Specialist must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
- Adhere to communication protocols while utilizing knowledge of the company's offerings.
- Assess customer needs, investigate issues, resolve complaints, and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain accountability for calls throughout the entire lifecycle of a customer's request, including follow-ups with the escalation team.
- Propose enhancements for systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Compensation Structure:
$45,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses, with expected earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
Responsibilities Include:
- Master scripts related to products and services, referring to them during customer interactions.
- Foster positive relationships by exceeding expectations in customer service, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are managed effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales and revenue from the company's existing product range, and capitalize on upselling chances when suitable.
- Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative performance targets for yourself and your team, fulfilling all service, productivity, and quality objectives.
- Utilize data and insights collected by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements.
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently; self-sufficient.
- Expertise in conflict resolution is preferred.
- Experience in customer sales is a plus.
