Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
  • Utilize communication frameworks and apply knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate issues, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.
  • Maintain responsibility for customer interactions throughout the duration of their requests, including necessary follow-ups.
  • Propose enhancements for systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness.

Compensation:

Base salary of $45,000 with potential for additional weekly/monthly bonuses, leading to expected earnings between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid work model available.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Memorize and utilize scripts for products and services during customer interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships by exceeding customer service expectations, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are managed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and increase sales of the company's existing product range, and capitalize on upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Achieve daily performance targets for both individual and team objectives, ensuring high standards of service, productivity, and quality.
  • Leverage insights and data collected through customer interactions to recommend and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently; self-sufficient.
  • Experience in conflict resolution is preferred.
  • Background in customer sales is a plus.
