Overview

FloodGate Medical Inc. specializes in providing mobile solutions and support for the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.

The primary role of the Territory Sales Specialist will involve engaging with leads, conducting cold calls, prospecting, and fostering relationships that enhance account penetration, customer satisfaction, and favorable patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case support for Cryoablation and Fusion Biopsy procedures.
  • Engage in lead follow-up, cold calling, and prospecting to build relationships that will enhance account penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Take initiative and ownership of territory management principles, including account planning, sales processes, post-sales implementation, and ongoing service and training support.
  • Organize appointments, deliver presentations, coordinate conferences, and maintain positive relationships with all clinicians and customers.
  • Stay updated with the latest clinical data provided by the company and effectively present and discuss this information with healthcare professionals during presentations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all contacts and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Attend company meetings and presentations as required.
  • May need to travel outside the assigned geographical area and perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales within hospitals and clinics or clinical support for cryo and/or fusion biopsy for prostate cancer.
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales, including territory growth, quota attainment, and recognition.

Must possess the ability to learn and quickly master product specifications and key performance advantages relevant to clinical practice. Willingness to travel as necessary within the territory is essential. A valid driver's license is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with sufficient computer skills to manage a sales database/relationship management system. Candidates must have or be willing to update all immunizations to meet hospital vendor requirements.


Preferred Experience:
  • Experience collaborating with urologists/radiologists and familiarity with medical imaging is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.

Territory Overview:

Focus on current business in the NY/NJ area, particularly expanding from existing operations.


Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Commission/Variable Incentive: Uncapped
First-Year Earnings Expectation: $125,000 - $175,000+

High performers have the potential to exceed $200,000.
