Reskin Medical is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Tampa area. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with medical care professionals in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls with prospective and current clients to discuss product offerings and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Document sales activity and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Identify and develop new sales accounts with existing and potential customers.
- Represent and promote Reskin Medical's interests with customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical industry.
- Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding sales opportunities.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring demeanor and ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
