About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Mainline Information Systems. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in an assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire high-quality clients through effective sales presentations and relationship-building.
  • Sell a range of Mainline Technology Solution Partner server, software, and storage solutions to designated clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior management, customer personnel, and Technology Solution Partner personnel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively compete within the clientele base and industry verticals.
  • Engage Mainline Services personnel to achieve Sales and Services objectives as needed.
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to the company's overall success.
  • Solicit and acquire signed agreements and paperwork from clients for the purchase of Mainline products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results to management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in assigned responsibilities and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful outside/direct sales experience, preferably in a Mainline-focused Technology Solution Partner environment.
  • Sales and account management experience in the particular geography/territory is preferred.
  • Established customer relationships, particularly with senior and executive management, are preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with an emphasis on Business and/or Information Technology disciplines.
  • Appropriate Technology Solution Partner Certifications are desired.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

This role requires working in a typical business office environment or home office environment, with the ability to travel and use general office equipment and personal computer equipment.
