Position Title: Sales Manager - Energy Solutions

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for surpassing the annual sales objectives within the gas dehydration sector. This role focuses on expanding the customer base and enhancing market presence among existing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve or exceed sales revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.
2. Conduct sales meetings with key clients and partners to strengthen relationships within the designated territory.
3. Communicate outcomes of sales activities to relevant stakeholders and outline actionable steps.
4. Oversee project initiatives in the assigned area, including product offerings and pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads using designated tools.
6. Provide expert consultation to clients regarding product solutions.
7. Collaborate with partners to enhance understanding of value propositions and conduct training sessions.
8. Formulate strategies to outpace competitors and increase market share in targeted accounts.
9. Deliver necessary training to partners and end-users on commercial aspects.
10. Gather insights on market trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales or product management.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Self-driven with exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong technical acumen and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

TECHNOLOGICAL PROFICIENCIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems and other relevant software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to navigate an office and manufacturing setting, perform general office tasks, and communicate effectively in person and via phone.

COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS:
Must effectively engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across various departments.
