POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our sales division, the Sales Executive will be tasked with implementing sales strategies, reaching out to both existing and prospective clients, and discerning customer requirements to offer suitable business solutions. Responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities and engaging in both individual and collaborative selling efforts. Our business solutions encompass products such as copiers, printers, and associated imaging software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand the account portfolio within the designated territory while managing and nurturing current accounts.
  • Engage potential clients through cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and local business networking.
  • Develop and apply innovative sales techniques.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Create customer proposals and presentations using various vendor pricing structures.
  • Coordinate the delivery and setup of equipment.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of key product lines and remain informed about industry developments.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up training for operators.
  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere to enhance productivity continuously.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, open houses, and product demonstrations to promote the company's image and offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to organize meetings, appointments, weekly agendas, and maintain customer contact records.
  • Employ Outlook for weekly planning.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in a B2B environment, specifically selling business technology products and services.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A college degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience (4 years).
  • A proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Formal sales training is advantageous.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate understanding of business technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard sales and marketing software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation abilities; self-motivated, cooperative, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with vendor products and technologies supported by the company.
  • A strong desire to learn about the industry sector being targeted.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and high energy.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement and achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role necessitates regular driving.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
