Position Title: Technical Support Specialist for Integrated Contractor Assurance Systems
Location: Remote with potential onsite requirements

Work Schedule: Primarily onsite; telework may be available after initial onboarding period.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in executing oversight programs based on DOE O.226.1 and related enterprise software applications.
    • Familiarity with DevonWay applications is a plus.
  • Proven ability to configure integrated assurance system business intelligence metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for performance monitoring and risk assessment.
    • Experience with DevonWay applications is preferred.
  • Competence in applying software change management principles to establish clear commitments and expectations.
  • Proficient in developing and delivering training materials and presentations to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with management and technical experts across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of the Hanford Site's mission and operational priorities.
  • Knowledge of DOE-Hanford processes and protocols.
  • Strong technical writing and business communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DOE Hanford Site to support the implementation of the Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) and other relevant applications.
  • Aid in the administration of the iCAS, Electronic Records of Decision (eRod), and the Hanford Managers Action List (HMAL).
  • Provide technical expertise in process architecture, procedural development, application workflow configuration, and testing.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of program-level business intelligence data, including KPIs and metrics for risk and compliance assessment.
  • Develop technical strategies for utilizing iCAS modules in capital asset project transitions and readiness initiatives.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for all DOE Hanford personnel.
  • Conduct self-assessments and oversee contractor programs.
  • Engage in site-wide forums established by iCAS.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the DOE.
