Position Overview
ANR Group Inc is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Technical Training Specialist. This position is focused on the development and administration of training programs tailored for a medium-sized facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, and implement training and development initiatives, including both on-the-job training and structured courses.
  • Provide expert guidance to management to identify training needs and establish program requirements.
  • Create or source training materials as necessary to support program objectives.
  • Facilitate technical assistance and ensure all training programs are effectively administered and monitored.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records to track progress and compliance with program goals.
  • Support requirements management by maintaining relevant databases as needed.

Qualifications
  • A degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science, IT) or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in the full ADDIE course development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain necessary security clearances.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and DOORS.
  • Knowledge of industry standards related to nuclear facility design and construction.
