Unlock Your Potential as a Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Gilder Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with industry leaders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and connect with industry leaders to understand their communication and campaign participation needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline to meet and/or exceed growth targets.
  • Engage in daily activities including cold/warm/follow-up calls, social networking, and meeting sponsor presentations.
  • Consult with meeting sponsors regarding the onboarding process for their staff.
  • Expand service offerings within accounts.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience.
  • Experience in using CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives of political party offices and organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking, research, and analysis capabilities.
  • Proven ability to conduct presentations to large and small groups.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically within your territory.
