Key Responsibilities- Drive lead generation, lead qualification, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, and account-based marketing to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs to convert them into enterprise contracts and meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, technology, and finance, to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Analyze market trends, track competitors' activities, and provide valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related field from a top-tier school.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or business development in a technology company.
- Flexibility to travel 80% of the time to provide client service to a large number of client accounts across multiple geographies.
- Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management.
- Expertise in working on executive presentations, advanced CRM, and other sales & marketing focused automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work with quota/target-based sales.
