Enterprise Business Development Leader

LogiNext is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with top-tier global organizations to understand and implement our technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, driving sales growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Sales Cycles: Develop and execute sales strategies, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and other key decision-makers.
- Needs Assessment and Conversion: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs, converting them into enterprise contracts to meet sales quotas and targets.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze market trends using CRM and analytics tools, tracking competitors' activities, and providing valuable insights for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in enterprise or business development in a technology company.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel 80% of the time to provide client service to a large number of client accounts across multiple geographies.
- Advanced Skills: Expertise in driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work with quota/target-based sales.
