About the Role:
CLevelCrossing is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Lymphoma Commercialization Strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and success in the lymphoma market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for our lymphoma assets, including launch planning and execution.
- Provide strategic input to drive long-term business growth and success in the lymphoma market.
- Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive commercialization efforts.
- Develop and execute business cases, forecasts, and other key projects to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent required; an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-8 years pharmaceutical experience, with at least 4 years in sales, marketing, or market access.
- Operational experience outside of the US is beneficial, especially in a leadership function.
- Hematology/lymphoma experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and achieving performance objectives.
- Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to mobilize matrix team members and drive performance.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively drive performance.
