Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for our lymphoma assets, including launch planning and execution.

  • Operational experience outside of the US is beneficial, especially in a leadership function.
  • Hematology/lymphoma experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and achieving performance objectives.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to mobilize matrix team members and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively drive performance.
