Position Overview: The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering engaging sales presentations while managing a portfolio of small, low-risk accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to generating sales through frequent outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of internal products and services to secure sales meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive and persuasive sales proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and business objectives.
  • Perform extensive research to identify and analyze potential accounts, focusing on opportunities for sales growth.
  • Engage with Sales Professionals or Leaders during client meetings to gain insights into managing larger or more complex accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, positioning the company as a preferred vendor.
  • Oversee the entire sales process to guarantee high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in professional organizations to expand a network that benefits the company.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training and professional development initiatives.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $112,900, influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and education. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
