Position Overview: The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations while managing a portfolio of small, low-risk accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to generating sales opportunities through effective outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients, showcasing a deep understanding of the company's offerings and solutions to secure sales meetings.
  • Develop comprehensive and persuasive sales proposals tailored to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Perform in-depth research to identify potential accounts and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals during client meetings to gain insights into managing larger accounts and complex sales processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, positioning the company as a preferred vendor.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle to guarantee quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in professional networking and participate in relevant industry organizations.
  • Attend sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $112,900, determined by factors such as experience, skills, and education. This role may also offer performance-based incentives.
