Position Overview: The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations while managing a portfolio of small, low-risk accounts. This role involves a high volume of sales activities aimed at generating significant business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of internal products and services to secure sales meetings.
  • Develop intricate and persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, focusing on value and pricing structures that align with both client and organizational objectives.
  • Perform comprehensive research to identify and analyze potential accounts and sales expansion opportunities.
  • Engage in client meetings alongside experienced Sales Professionals or Leaders to gain insights into managing larger or more complex accounts.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring the organization is recognized as a preferred vendor.
  • Oversee the entire sales process to guarantee high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in professional organizations to expand a robust professional network that benefits the business.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training and professional development initiatives.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $112,900, influenced by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
