- Observe senior sales representatives during client interactions to gain insights into complex accounts and the overall sales process.
- Cultivate account relationships to position our organization as a reliable vendor.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Establish a robust professional network and participate in sales training and development initiatives.
The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range from $53,000 to $112,900 based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Performance-based incentives may also be applicable.
