Position Summary:
The Sales BDC Representative plays a crucial role in generating sales appointments by engaging with customers who reach out to our dealership online. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in sales or service without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Utilize lead management systems and CRM software to track customer interactions and manage inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately enter customer data into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Schedule and generate sales appointments to meet dealership goals.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation promptly.
  • Receive training on our products and services, gaining knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotional programs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-volume call center, sales, or commission-based role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed appointment goals.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive pay structure, including an hourly wage plus commission, with potential earnings ranging from $55,000 to $90,000+ annually based on performance.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability, with a typical schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM, five days a week.
