Position Summary

As a Senior Care Sales Representative at Home Instead, you will play a crucial role in our outreach initiatives, connecting referral sources with our exceptional services to meet agency revenue objectives. Your responsibilities will include researching, initiating, and cultivating relationships with referral sources, new accounts, and community clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in external sales, particularly within senior care, healthcare management, or related fields.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities with a proven track record of developing and securing high-quality leads.
  • Successful experience in enhancing brand visibility and driving market share through creative marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in establishing, nurturing, and expanding strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and clients, leading to substantial revenue growth.
  • Skilled in leveraging relationships to foster ongoing business development and client retention.
  • Highly adept at analyzing sales metrics and employing key data to inform effective sales strategies and decisions.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of managing a diverse portfolio while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.

Expected Achievements

  • Consistently exceed 90% of your revenue targets each quarter.
  • Drive conversions from referral provider leads resulting in new clients.
  • Expand the list of actively referring providers.
  • Provide weekly, data-driven insights into sales performance and utilize this analysis to refine your sales strategy.
  • Ensure that referral providers in your portfolio have a comprehensive understanding of all Home Instead services through effective communication of their value.
  • Utilize CRM tools to create and maintain your weekly activity plan, ensuring all sales activities are documented and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare facilities, physicians, case managers, and insurance providers. Your networking skills will be essential in sustaining these vital connections.
  • Distribute informational materials and engage in promotional activities to enhance our brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Negotiate and establish contractual agreements with vendors and partners, utilizing your communication skills to secure advantageous arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and prepare persuasive presentations for potential partners, employing creativity and strategic thinking to broaden our market reach.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies while staying informed about competitors' pricing and promotional tactics, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and the franchise office, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
