Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain desired financial benchmarks for each asset, including occupancy levels, income levels, and delinquency percentages.
- Create and implement customer service programs to enhance the value to the organization.
- Manage financial performance by developing overall operating procedures and policies.
- Provide input in asset management decisions and scheduling of capital expenditures.
- Evaluate and develop on-site personnel, assist with coaching, counseling sessions, and terminations.
- Review and present financial reports, performance reports, annual budgets, and business plans to owners and investors.
- Involved in new acquisitions and third-party development by providing insight, analysis, pro forma, marketing evaluations, and staffing plans.
- Provide insight, knowledge, training, and mentoring to other regional managers.
- Work closely with the Regional VP and Senior Management in establishing strategies for the region.
- Stay connected in the industry to identify, recruit, and develop top talent when opportunities open within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Regional/General Manager and/or Director.
- 10+ years in property management.
- Extensive expertise in luxury class A assets, including high-rise and mid-rise design, and new developments.
- Ability to travel % of the time.
- Pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and have a valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
$115,000-$125,000/Annually
