Job Title: Director, Regional Operations

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Regional Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our North Texas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive financial growth and operational efficiency across our hospitals in the North Texas region.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership teams to build strong relationships and promote a positive team culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to hospital teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial growth strategies and budgets for all hospitals in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a rapidly growing business with multiple locations.
  • Background in the veterinary health field and management or medical director or hospital administrator level experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze components of hospital P&L to determine opportunities for financial growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hospital teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
