Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Regional Commercial DBSL to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive commercial growth and expansion in the Americas region.
  • Lead a team of commercial professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales, sales management, or sales operations role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
