Regional Alliances Director

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Director of Regional Alliances to lead a high-performing channel sales team in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding revenue targets in the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Regional Alliance Managers aligned to CrowdStrike sellers in the Corporate, MidMarket, and Enterprise segments.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed growth expectations with regional solution providers and tech alliances partners.
Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike Marketing and enablement to build and support alliances program initiatives.
Leverage investment resources strategically to maximize ROI while meeting or exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets and growth goals.
Requirements:
4-10 years of experience working with large, cybersecurity-focused strategic solution providers and technology alliance partners.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills, and a proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and negotiate effectively.
Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to multi-task and work independently or within a team.
Bonus Points:
Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
