Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Lead to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional communication and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate any issues or concerns to the client in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to clients, ensuring they have the insights they need to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
