We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at Kalitta Air, LLC. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBelow are some of the key responsibilities of this role:
- Monitor Flight Schedules: Coordinate with Production and Inspection teams to ensure proper manpower and material availability.
- Review Work Scope: Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Material Stores, and other relevant departments to review work scope and ensure accuracy.
- Pre-Draft Material Requirements: Complete pre-drafts of material requirements and arrange for special tooling requirements as needed.
- Work with Maintenance Managers: Collaborate with CVG Line Maintenance Managers and 145 Maintenance Planning to correct or add to work packages as necessary.
- Obtain Documentation: Obtain all necessary documentation referenced on routine work cards prior to issuance to production.
- Provide Project Status Reports: Provide accurate project status reports to Managers as requested.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and complete computer-generated tallies for routines and non-routines.
- Ensure Accurate Paperwork: Ensure that all paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times.
- Review Job Cards: Review each job card for completeness of signatures, stamps, and accuracy of data.
- Enter Data into Database: Enter routine and non-routine items into the computer database program.
- Ensure Timely Routing: Ensure that all paperwork is routed to the Records Department in a timely manner.
- Comply with Customer Requirements: Ensure that customer requirements are met and maintenance activities are in accordance with both customer and Kalitta Maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the Maintenance Scheduling area clean and organized at all times, and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to maintenance records.
- Perform Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager (CVG 145 Line Maintenance).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
