We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our continuously developing team and assist in unlocking the potential of every enterprise.

Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within the Merchant Solutions Segment, specifically focusing on General and Administrative functions. This pivotal role is essential for the consolidation, examination, and reporting of Merchant Solutions financial data to senior management, including the Head of FP&A, Division President, CFO, and CEO.

Key Duties:
  • Conduct technical evaluations to assess current and future financial outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial strategies, acquisition activities, future requirements, and operational forecasts.
  • Engage with departmental managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for budget completion.
  • Research and compile data to project and prepare annual and monthly budget estimates for a division or similar group of organizations.
  • Monitor revenue and expenditures monthly, comparing actual figures to forecasts and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct economic research and studies regarding rates of return, depreciation, working capital needs, investment opportunities, and the impact of regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports for management summarizing research results, analyses, and evaluations of any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A.
  • Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues using established techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical and statistical examination capabilities.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute work to meet critical deadlines.
  • Previous experience collaborating directly with senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.
