Position Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will assist the Merchant Solutions Segment FP&A team, focusing on General and Administrative functions. This pivotal role is essential for the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Merchant Solutions Financials to upper management (Head of FP&A, Division President, CFO, CEO, GTCR).

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting technical analyses to assess current and future financial outcomes.
  • Collecting, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for financial strategies, acquisition activities, future requirements, and operational forecasts.
  • Collaborating with departmental managers to establish timelines and methodologies for budget completion.
  • Researching and compiling data to predict and prepare annual and monthly budget estimates for a division or similar group of organizations.
  • Monitoring revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual figures to forecasts, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Executing economic research and studies regarding rates of return, depreciation, working capital needs, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the effects of governmental regulations.
  • Creating management reports that summarize research findings, analyses, and evaluations of discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A.
  • Capability to analyze and resolve issues using acquired techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical and statistical examination skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute tasks to meet critical deadlines.
  • Prior experience working directly with Senior Leadership or Executive-level stakeholders.
