Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in connecting candidates with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying qualified candidates through diverse recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
- Conducting screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to pinpoint key accounts and target skill sets.

Compensation and Benefits:
Aerotek offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 - $55,000, along with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions following an initial training period.
