Job Description

We are a rapidly growing company in the payroll, HR, and benefits administration outsourcing industry, seeking to expand our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients on our Human Capital Management solution, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries and payroll issues.
  • Accurately and efficiently input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards into our cloud-based application.
  • Maintain a high level of client retention through superior customer service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare client payrolls accurately and on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Research and resolve customer service and/or processing issues as needed, ensuring seamless resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding department, employee, or customer concerns, providing timely updates and insights.
  • Train clients as needed, providing clear and concise guidance on our Human Capital Management solution.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience in the field or a related area is preferred.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within payroll, benefits, or HR is beneficial.
  • The ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions is essential.
  • Proficiency in commonly used software applications, such as Word, Excel, and Adobe, is required.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Payroll Service Bureau or other related experience is a plus.
