Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hunter Foundry Machinery. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer service responses, including order entry, quotation preparation, and expediting open orders.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management, providing material availability information, and executing tasks in an organized manner.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare international shipping documents, assist customers with shipping requirements, and prepare bills of lading.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as generating parts return paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, good computer skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
