About the Role

Familia Dental is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule Appointments: Utilize our scheduling system to book appointments for patients, ensuring availability and provider schedules are aligned.
  • Answer General Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries regarding dental services, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve patient concerns, applying our processes and procedures to ensure a positive outcome.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen and respond to patients.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using multiple computer systems, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is strongly preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including Saturdays, with one day off during the week.
