Customer Service Representative

Summit Interconnect is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales quotes, providing administrative customer service, and supporting customers' requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Sales Quotes: Review customer-supplied documentation, define special requirements, and work with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine manufacturability and capacity constraints.
- Provide Administrative Customer Service: Accept and enter sales orders, change orders, and cancellations, and correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQs.
- Negotiate with Customers: Quote pricing and delivery to customers for standard lead-time product and negotiate price and delivery with customers.
- Follow ISO Procedures: Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date, and follow all ISO procedures for sales and customer service.
- Experience: At least two years' experience in the printed circuit board industry.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, effective communication skills, and ability to work with personal computers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
